To reserve a room call the hotel directly at: (580) 540-4351 and ask for the LCMS Conference block rate. The cost is $80, not including tax, and includes a hot breakfast on Tuesday.
The deadline to guarantee the conference rate is Monday, September 24.
To be tax exempt, book your room and then email a copy of the tax exempt certificate for your congregation or school, if applicable, to the hotel manager: firstname.lastname@example.org
Emeritus Workers - You are responsible to reserve and provide payment for your hotel room. The Oklahoma District will no longer pay for accommodations at Conferences or Conventions (as of the Spring Convention). This is the decision of the Oklahoma District Board of Directors - not the Enid Circuit. However, the District will continue to cover the registration fee, meal and snack fee for Emeriti who are not formally serving a congregation.

Semi-Annual Pastors’ Wives’ Retreat
“Greet One Another!”
October 5-6, 2018
Rev. Dr. Darrell Zimmerman of Grace Place Lutheran Wellness Ministries will lead us in sessions addressing joy, while we take time to retreat into God’s Word and sisterly fellowship.
Tentative schedule includes a 5pm Opening Worship Service and free time for socializing either in the Hampton Inn Bricktown or out around Bricktown Friday 7:15pm and following.
Theme verses are 2 Corinthians 13:10-12:
Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.

President Henke will send a letter to your congregation asking for $100 as your registration. Full scholarships are also available—the district wants healthy, happy ministry wives and families!
Official registration will be from August 1st through September 21st. (Click here for Registration Form) Wives of retired pastors and “vicar wives” welcome! Nursing infants are welcome, too.
